Who has a gymnastics career that spans 50 years? Sherrie Martin. Sherrie competed all around at gymnastics in Vegas at the age of 59. In 1969, at the tender age of 10, her first ever performance was in Eugene, Oregon, 400 miles from home.
Sherrie is a Realtor yet the first business she opened was a circus. Sell your home with Sherrie and she’ll do a happy dance on your couch complete with front flips and handsprings. Better yet, list your home for sale and get the one and only sign installation ceremony, choreographed to “Stayin’ Alive.” This is all true.
In her one-woman show, F’lympics, Sherrie is attempting the impossible, to become an Olympian at the age of 60! Can she do it? Audiences will soon find out.
Sherrie shares her entire self, the Realtor, the Comic and the Gymnast with audiences for more than an adventure. “Older” audience members enjoy one of their peer’s doing amazing things, and it is motivating. For the younger set, wonder and amazement make even the youngest youth want to grow old and be like Sherrie.
