Those Were The Days with Jan Sandwich features music from the 1920’s through the 1950’s, a tribute to Doris Day, Debbie Reynolds and Dinah Shore, plus great comedy, impressions of Mae West, Ruth Buzzi, Edith Bunker, audience participation and much, much more!
Jan Sandwich vocals
Jan Sandwich has been a professional entertainer her entire life. She’s acted in movies, television and live theater with Kurt Russell, Marie Osmond, Bruce Boxleitner and Jamie Farr, provided voice talent for hundreds of radio commercials, done standup comedy in major clubs and sung at major resorts, events and venues throughout Arizona and California since 1975.
Richard Palalay on keyboard
Originally from Hawaii, Richard Palalay has been a professional musician since the age of 18 as a pianist and keyboardist, composer, arranger and musical director. Richard has worked with shows like the Las Vegas-based Legends in Concert, TV’s Soul Train Dancers, and some of Hawaii’s biggest headliners. His compositions and arrangements have been heard on national TV and radio, HBO and PBS. Richard performs throughout Arizona with many of the Southwest’s top musicians and talents.
Felix Sainz on Bass
Felix B. Sainz, Jr. is an in-demand bass & classic guitarist in the Valley. He has over 35 years of experience in the performing arts. Over the years, Felix has performed with a multitude of artists in local, regional, national, and international venues. In addition to his performance experience, Felix also specializes in a variety of musical genres.
