Auditions at Theater Works
When Auditioning: You must bring a picture of yourself and resume (optional for YOUth Works). Be prepared to do cold readings from the script, improvisation and movement.
All auditions require appointments unless otherwise noted. To make an appointment please email (preferred) the Box Office at boxoffice@theaterworks.org or call 623.815.7930. When emailing or calling please leave your name, phone number and preferred appointment time.
For Master Works Musicals: please prepare 16 bars of an up-tempo song; 16 bars of a ballad and 1 1/2 minute monologue (unless otherwise noted.)
For Master Works Non-Musical (straight play): please prepare 2 contrasting monologues, no more than 1/2 minutes each (unless otherwise noted.)
For YOUth Works productions you must be age 7 to 19 (unless otherwise noted) *Audition dates are tentative, so please call ahead.
All auditions will be held at the Peoria Center for the Performing Arts.
