TheaterWorks' Safety Performance Guidelines

In an effort to provide those that would feel more comfortable in a fully masked and vaccinated environment with an opportunity to attend our productions, we have designated selected performances as “Safety” performances. During these performances, patrons must provide proof of vaccination status or negative Covid PCR test taken within 72 hours of the show.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES
During Safety Performances, no food or beverages will be allowed in the theatres.

PROOF OF VACCINATION
Patrons must show proof of vaccination at their time of entry into the theater with their valid ticket. “Fully vaccinated” means the performance date must be at least 14 days after the second dose of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine, or at least 14 days after a single-dose COVID-19 vaccine.

Proof of vaccination includes: showing your vaccination card, a photo on your phone of your vaccination card, showing a “Vaccination Passport” on your smart phone (e.g. CLEAR, VaxYes).

MASKS & FACE COVERINGS
Masks and face coverings are required at all times. No exceptions. Masks and face coverings may only be removed while actively enjoying drinks or snacks. Masks and face coverings must be constructed and worn as per CDC guidelines. Cloth face coverings shall be constructed with two or more layers of breathable fabric. Face coverings shall cover both nose and mouth and fit snugly along the sides of the face and securely under the chin. Face Shields are not permitted. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided.

TEMPERATURE CHECK
Your temperature will be taken upon arrival to the theater for a performance, event, or educational class
. If you have a temperature of 100.4 or higher, you will be given the opportunity for a full refund or the opportunity to attend a future performance, if possible.

EXCEPTIONS WITH NEGATIVE PCR TEST
Exceptions are being made for children 12 and under and people with a medical condition or closely held religious belief that prevents vaccination. These patrons must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours of the performance start time.

TELL YOUR FRIENDS
Make sure that other ticket holders in your party know about these policies before your arrival at the venue. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to communicate these protocols to whomever they may be providing tickets.
